Know where your coffee comes from
Coffee is a seasonal product, this is why we have a blend that follows the harvest season at the origin. Depending on the coffee beans we have arriving in Belgium we create a unique blend.

With this blend we aim for the more adventurous espresso lovers, who are not afraid of some more acidity and fruitiness in their cup.

How it’s roasted
After sample roasting the different components we try out several compositions on the espresso machine and taste them blind only to decide which composition results in the best flavour profile. In production phase we pre-blend our green coffee: it doesn't affect the flavour design and makes our flow just more efficient.

Since our Seasonal Blend is composed for espresso we roast it more gentle and slower compared to filter roasts and adapt it every time according to the composition. This always results in a fine cup of espresso coffee! Our seasonal blend, Master Blaster, is a playful blend of currently available coffees roasted for espresso!

This season's blend consists of:

40 % Ethiopia washed
40 % Rwanda washed
20 % El Salvador natural

The floral notes of the Ethiopian coffee go well together with the sweetness of the Rwandan and El Salvador coffees in a creamy cup with chocolaty aftertaste.
